Petite Fontaine Beach: a pleasant setting at the gateway to the Estérel massif
The Petite Fontaine beach is nestled at the foot of a lush hill, at the entrance to the Estérel massif. Bordering the André Pradayrol promenade, it is isolated from the road, ensuring peace and safety for children.

It offers a lovely view of the Gulf of La Napoule, but its orientation does not allow for direct sunlight. The beach is named after a small fountain located not far from there.

A Small Sandy Beach with Limited Space

Petite Fontaine Beach consists of fine sand, perfect for laying out a towel. Stretching only a few dozen meters, part of the beach is occupied by a restaurant offering sun loungers. As a result, space for visitors is particularly limited. It is recommended to arrive early to secure a spot.

For a quieter experience, we suggest Aiguille Beach, just a two-minute walk away.
Swimming Conditions at Petite Fontaine Beach

Petite Fontaine Beach features clear, shallow water with predominantly rocky seabeds. However, on its right side, a sandy area provides a more comfortable swimming experience. Additionally, the beach is not monitored, even during the summer season.
How to get to Petite Fontaine Beach ?
- Access : from the village of Théoule-sur-Mer, follow the coastline to the right. Walk along the André Pradayrol pedestrian promenade for about 300 meters until you reach the beach.
- By car : a paid parking lot is located at the entrance to the pedestrian area leading to the beach. However, parking spaces are limited. We recommend the free angled parking spots along Jean-Baptiste Pastor Street in the village center.
- By bus : Palmbus network, lines 19, 22, stop Théoule Plages.
In conclusion
Attractive and sheltered from the road, Petite Fontaine Beach has limited space. Its fine sand and clear waters are pleasant, although part of the seabed consists of rocks. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot.
